A white wine from Celli, made from Trebbiano grown in Romagna and harvested by hand.
It is straw yellow in colour, with a fresh, lively nose of mature peach and apple, floral notes and light herbaceous hints. On the palate it is fresh, with balanced, light acidity and a clean taste.
It suits seafood, fish dishes and fresh cheeses, and can also be served as an aperitif.
