An organic Sangiovese from Romagna, produced by Celli and grown on the region's typical clay soils. It has a deep ruby red colour. The nose shows ripe red fruits such as cherry and plum, with black pepper spice and a light tobacco note from light ageing in oak casks. On the palate it balances acidity and well-rounded tannins, leading to a long, pleasantly persistent finish. It suits robust Romagna dishes such as tagliatelle with wild boar ragù or roast meats.
