A rosé from Tenuta Ulisse, Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC, with a light cherry colour and bright reflections. The nose is fragrant, with fresh red fruit, small forest berries and a delicate floral note.
On the palate it balances freshness and substance, with contained acidity and light sapidity. The body is slender but present, with a clean, persistent finish.
It pairs with seafood starters, raw fish, light fish dishes and unaged cured meats, and also with summer vegetable dishes. Serve cool, around 8-12 °C, and drink young.
