Ceretto Monsordo Rosso Langhe DOC (75cl)

Ceretto Monsordo Rosso is an organic red blend from the Monsordo Bernardina estate near Alba, in a 75cl bottle. It combines Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, each harvested and fermented separately in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The three wines age in tonneau for 16 months before the final blend is made and bottled, which gives a soft, harmonious style with a slight oaky note. The nose offers morello cherry, small wild berries, jammy touches, cherries in spirit and spice. The palate has good structure and deep, persistent flavours, with well-integrated tannins. The finish is harmonious with spicy echoes.
