Cesarini Cherry Brandy is a 50cl cherry liqueur made by blending brandy with the juice of ripe cherries. It has an intense, bright red colour. The brandy is aged in oak casks, which adds a light vanilla note.
On the nose, sweet and slightly bitter cherries come with almond and a little vanilla. The palate opens sweet and fruity, with cherry jam and a lightly spiced aftertaste.
It can be served neat in a balloon glass as a digestif, or used in cocktails.
