Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume - Seguinot Bordet

A Chablis Premier Cru from Seguinot Bordet, from the Fourchaume vineyard with limestone soils rich in marine fossils. This Chardonnay is aged in stainless steel and partly in neutral oak barrels, preserving freshness and elegance. The nose reveals ripe white fruit such as apple and pear, citrus and marine mineral notes. The palate is harmonious, fresh and savoury, with balanced structure and an inviting persistence. It pairs well with fish, shellfish, seafood, poultry and soft cheeses.
