Chablis Nathalie et Gilles Fevre

Chablis from Nathalie et Gilles Fevre is a white wine from Burgundy, France, made from Chardonnay. It has a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose is intensely aromatic, with citrus, especially lemon and lime, green apple and a delicate mineral note reminiscent of river pebbles. On the palate it balances crisp acidity with medium body, with pure fruity flavours and mineral complexity leading to a long, clean finish. It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs with seafood, oysters and goat's cheese, and is best served cold.
