An aged rum from Saint Lucia, produced by Chairman's Reserve from sugar cane plantations. It is aged for a minimum of ten years in selected American oak casks. The colour is intense dark amber, with aromatic notes of vanilla, honey, tobacco, cocoa and exotic spices. On the palate it is elegant and balanced, opening sweetly before developing a rich, robust body. Ripe fruit blends with nutmeg and pepper, giving a full, harmonious tasting experience. The finish is long and persistent, with spicy and woody echoes. It is presented in an elegant box.
