It has an intensely amber colour and an inviting nose of cinnamon, nutmeg and light wood smoke. The palate opens with vibrant molasses and exotic spices, followed by vanilla, chocolate and ripe tropical fruit.
It is suited to sipping neat or to adding depth to sophisticated cocktails.
