A spiced rum produced at the distillery in Saint Lucia. The base is distilled in traditional stills, then infused with native spices including cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. It has an amber colour. The nose shows vanilla and cinnamon, with nutmeg and a light citrus note. On the palate it is soft and complex, with sweetness balanced by spice and a pleasant warmth on the finish.
