Chairman's Reserve White is a white rum aged for three years. It is distilled using a mix of column and pot stills, then matured in toasted oak barrels previously used for bourbon.
The nose shows fresh sugar cane, exotic fruit, vanilla and light spices. On the palate it balances natural sweetness with fresh acidity, and the finish is clean and refreshing.
