Chamarel Coffee Liqueur is produced on the island of Mauritius from locally grown coffee beans. It balances soft cane sugar sweetness with the depth of coffee, at 30% vol.
The liqueur is made by infusing Arabica coffee, with notes of dark chocolate and vanilla alongside slightly bitter coffee tones. It is suited to drinking after a meal, with chocolate or cream desserts, or in cocktails.
