This is a 10 year old Lowland single malt from Dalrymple, which is tea-spooned Ailsa Bay spirit. It is bottled by Chapter 7 in its Monologue range at 50.4% ABV, in natural colour and without chill filtration.
The whisky was distilled in August 2018 and matured in a bourbon hogshead until bottling in October 2025. The outturn is 264 bottles.
The nose has ripe pear, vanilla cream and light floral notes with a lift of citrus zest. Toffee, malt sweetness and orchard fruits come through on the palate, with subtle spice. The finish is clean, with lingering honey and oak.
