It shows a bright appearance with fragrant aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus and light floral notes. On the palate it balances structure and freshness, with lively acidity and a silky texture, leading to a clean, persistent finish.
Serve chilled at around 10-12 °C. It suits fish, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses and refined starters.
