An elegant reading of Chardonnay within the Alto Adige DOC denomination. It opens with aromas of green apple, ripe pear and citrus hints, followed by delicate white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit. The palate is fresh and orderly, with balanced acidity and pleasant sapidity supporting the structure, plus slight softness in the finish. It suits cooked and raw fish dishes, shellfish, light white meats, soft cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine. Serve around 10-12 °C.
