Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC - Tramin

A Chardonnay from Tramin with an elegant, measured profile suited to versatile drinking. In the glass it is bright with straw-yellow reflections; the nose brings golden apple, ripe pear, light citrus and a hint of white flowers. The palate is linear, fresh and savoury, with balance between softness and acidity. It can be enjoyed young for its freshness or after a few months in bottle to harmonise the aromas. Pair with seafood starters, baked fish, delicate risottos and fresh cheeses; serve at 10-12 C in not too wide glasses.
