Chardonnay DOC - Alto Adige - Erste+Neue (13.5%)

A fresh, linear white wine from Alto Adige, made for immediate pleasure without artifice. The nose shows green apple, ripe pear and citrus peel, with delicate floral nuances and a clean overall impression. On the palate it is balanced, with lively acidity supporting the sip and a medium body that makes it easy to drink. The finish is clean and of good persistence. It pairs with light seafood, baked or grilled fish, shellfish, cold starters, salads and fresh cheeses, and also works as an aperitif. Serve chilled, but not too cold, so the aromas are not muted.
