Chardonnay IGT Lóstar Poderi dal Nespoli (12.5%)

A Chardonnay from Poderi dal Nespoli with an immediate profile and pleasant drinkability. In the glass it is straw yellow with light greenish reflections. The nose is frank and bright, with white-fleshed apple and pear, lemon and bergamot, and subtle floral hints. The palate is slender, with fresh acidity and moderate body, leading to a clean, dry finish. It suits vegetable antipasti, simply prepared fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses, and also works as an aperitif. Serve cool in a wide but not too large glass.
