Chardonnay Puglia IGT - Tormaresca

A white wine from Puglia, made from Chardonnay. It is bright straw yellow in colour, with clean aromas of white-fleshed fruit, citrus and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is balanced, with good acidity, pleasant sapidity and medium body, finishing linear and persistent. It suits fish starters, shellfish, lightly dressed pasta, white meat, fresh cheeses and informal aperitifs. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, in wide glasses. It also works with lightly spiced dishes and grilled vegetables.
