Chardonnay Sélection Parcellaires Mont Calcaires Maison Fortant

A Chardonnay from Maison Fortant with a bright straw-yellow colour. The nose is composed and restrained, with white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel, white flowers and a subtle mineral thread. On the palate it is balanced, with pleasant freshness and a structure that supports the fruit; the finish is clean and savoury. Serve slightly chilled, around 10-12 °C, in wide glasses. It accompanies vegetable antipasti, lightly structured fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
