An organic white wine from Tenuta Rapitalà, made from Chardonnay grown in Sicily. It has a bright golden yellow colour. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, citrus, white flowers, vanilla and light spice from wood ageing. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with well-integrated acidity, fresh fruit, toasted and mineral notes, and a slight creaminess. It suits an aperitif, fish, seafood, white meats and fresh cheeses.
