A balanced white wine from Appiano, with a bright straw-yellow colour. It offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, light citrus notes and floral hints. On the palate it is fresh and harmonious, with medium body, sustained acidity and a clean, slightly savoury finish.
It suits fish, shellfish, white meat and fresh cheeses, and is best served moderately cool at around 8-10 °C in tulip glasses. It is intended to be enjoyed young.
