This Trento DOC sparkling wine is made by the classic method from Chardonnay grapes grown in high-altitude vineyards in the Dolomites. No sugar is added after disgorgement. It has a fine, persistent perlage and an elegant bouquet of citrus, white flowers and light bread crust notes. On the palate it is dry, savoury and vibrant, with balanced structure and a clean, refined finish. It suits delicate seafood dishes, raw fish and shellfish, or a sophisticated aperitif.
