A Chardonnay from Santa Margherita, from the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT. It has a bright straw-yellow colour with aromas of ripe white fruit, pear, golden apple, a light citrus touch and a floral memory. The palate is balanced with medium body, sincere acidity and pleasant sapidity, with controlled softness and a clean finish. It suits delicate fish, light white meats, fresh cheeses and aperitifs. Serve around 10-12 C.
