Sainte Anne is an Extra Brut champagne from Chartogne-Taillet, made from a blend of several parcels around the village of Merfy. The parcels are planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
The wine is vinified in oak barrels and comes from organic viticulture. In keeping with the house style, it is delicately vinous and has a clear, assertive character.
