Château Bonnet Rouge - Château Bonnet

A red wine from the Entre-Deux-Mers appellation in Bordeaux, produced by the historic Château Bonnet estate. It is a balanced, accessible blend with solid structure, fruity flavours and soft tannins. It shows a deep ruby colour. The nose has ripe red and black fruit, such as cherry, blackberry and plum, with spice and a light touch of vanilla and wood from barrique ageing. The palate is medium-full, with balanced acidity and tannins and a clean, persistent finish with a light spicy note. It pairs with grilled red meats, aged cheese, mushroom dishes and more elaborate meat preparations.
