Château d'Esclans Garrus Rosé 2015

Garrus Rosé 2015 is a rosé wine from Château d'Esclans, made from Grenache and Vermentino. The fruit comes from the estate's oldest vines, some of them more than 80 years old. In the glass it is a pale salmon colour with faint greyish tones. The nose is focused, with citrus and delicate stone fruit. The palate is structured, with notable minerality and crisp acidity, and the finish is slightly bitter, which gives a pleasing contrast.
