Garrus Rosé 2020 is a Provence rosé from Château d'Esclans, made from handpicked Grenache and Rolle. It is pressed gently and fermented in oak barrels, which gives the wine added depth and complexity.
In the glass it is delicate yet vibrant, with aromas of ripe strawberries, citrus blossom and a hint of minerality. It finishes with a balance of freshness and richness.
Serve it chilled. It suits light seafood dishes and creamy cheeses, or can be enjoyed on its own.
