The Beach by Whispering Angel is a rosé from Château d'Esclans, made as a more relaxed companion to Whispering Angel. It was first released under the name The Palm.
The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence AOC and are led by Grenache, with Cinsault and Syrah. They are picked in the morning, vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel and left on the lees for added texture.
Pale and perfumed, it shows wild strawberry and white peach over citrus blossom, with a clean mineral edge. The palate is fresh and lively, with red fruit and a delicate feel, finishing crisp and dry.
