Château de Millet XO is a Hors d'âge Bas-Armagnac blended from the estate's finest eaux-de-vie, aged 15 to 25 years in 400 litre local white oak pièces armagnacaises.
The Dèche family distils near Eauze in the Gers using wood-fired stills and estate vines, and no sugar or colour is added.
Amber in the glass, it has a complex nose of dried fruit and prune. The body is round, with roasted hazelnuts, and the finish is intense and very long.
