Château Dereszla Tokaji Furmint Dry 2022

This is a dry white wine from Tokaj, made from 85% Furmint and 15% Hárslevelű grown on plots with mainly volcanic soil. The grapes are normally picked in September and fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, then matured briefly in tank without oak. The colour is light golden. Citrus and green apple come mainly from the Furmint, while linden blossom, mirabelle plum and white peach come from the Hárslevelű. The palate is charming, with a fruity character, good minerality and a crisp, delicate end.
