Château-Fuissé Pouilly-Fuissé Tête de Cuvée

Tête de Cuvée is a white wine from southern Burgundy, made by Château-Fuissé from selected Chardonnay grapes from old vines in the best parcels of Pouilly-Fuissé. Fermentation takes place in barrique, followed by ageing on fine lees, giving the wine a complex structure and notable longevity. It shows a bright golden colour, with white peach and pear, vanilla and toasted almond on the nose. The palate is full and robust, creamy yet balanced by lively acidity, with a long mineral finish.
