A rich, creamy dessert wine made 40 km south-east of Bordeaux in France. Sémillon is the main grape, and 18 months of ageing gives depth and complexity. Clear notes of honey and melon, with lightly toasted nuts. Creamy, rich and charming in flavour.
Serve at about 10 degrees with mature cheeses, pâtés, terrines, chocolate and Christmas confectionery. Crafted with care from start to finish.
