Chatelain Harmonie 2024 Pouilly-Fumé

Harmonie is a Pouilly-Fumé from Chatelain, blended from the estate's different terroirs. About 80% of the fruit comes from limestone and marl soils and the rest from clay and flint. The vines are between 23 and 30 years old, and the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tank. It is a bright, pale golden colour. The nose shows blackcurrant and redcurrant alongside the smoky, flinty character that gives Fumé its name. The palate is rich, spicy, fresh and delicate, with soft tannin, and the long, intense finish has a pure Sauvignon character.
