Chattanooga Whiskey – Bourbon 111 Cask (75cl, 55.5%)

Chattanooga Whiskey Bourbon 111 Cask is an unfiltered Tennessee bourbon bottled at 55.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Each release is a single batch drawn from six to ten barrels chosen by the distilling team. The mashbill is 75% yellow corn and 25% specialty malts: malted rye, caramel malted barley and honey malted barley. Fermentation runs for seven days, and the bottling can occasionally contain a trace of barrel sediment. The nose is honey, caramel, vanilla, toasted coconut and almond butter. The palate is rich, with brown sugar, cherry, vanilla and a bready, malty backbone. The finish is long and warming, with cinnamon, toasted barley and dark honey.
