Chattanooga Whiskey Bourbon 91 (75cl, 45.5%)

Chattanooga Whiskey Bourbon 91 is a Tennessee High Malt bourbon, bottled at 45.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The mashbill uses four grains: yellow corn, malted rye, caramel malted barley and honey malted barley. After more than two years of ageing, it goes through the distillery's Solera finishing, in which nearly 100 barrels are married in a single 4,000-gallon charred white oak barrel. The nose brings dried apricot, honeyed toast, butterscotch pudding and pound cake. On the palate there is butterscotch, toffee, vanilla bean, Bing cherry and brown sugar. The finish is medium and malty-sweet, with oak and sticky toffee.
