Cherry Stock (70cl)

A cherry liqueur from Stock, made from selected cherry marcs. The cherries are left to ripen, then fermented and distilled to preserve their natural nuances and freshness. It has a bright ruby-red colour, with intense notes of fresh cherry and a hint of sweet spices on the nose. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with a persistence that recalls the freshness of the original fruit, combining the sweetness of ripe cherries with a surprisingly fresh, clean finish. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, or as a base for cocktails, and pairs well with chocolate or cream desserts. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
