Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva Jeroboam - Vigneti La Selvanella

Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva "Jeroboam" from Vigneti La Selvanella is a red wine made from a careful selection of Sangiovese grapes, presented in a Jeroboam format equivalent to four standard bottles. It is aged for a prolonged period in oak barrels and then rests in bottle. It is deep ruby red with garnet shades. The nose is broad and articulated, with ripe red fruits, spice, leather and tobacco, plus balsamic and mineral notes. On the palate it is intense and enveloping, with silky integrated tannins, cherry, plum and spice, toasted and vanilla notes, and a long persistent finish with vibrant acidity.
