Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG - Castello - Fattoria di Lamole

A red wine from Fattoria di Lamole in Tuscany, made mainly from Sangiovese selected from high-altitude vineyards. The Riserva is aged for at least two years in wood, followed by three months in bottle. It shows an intense ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Red fruit, cherry and blueberry mingle with vanilla, tobacco and leather from oak ageing. On the palate it is rich and balanced, with lively acidity and firm tannins. It suits roast meats, game and aged cheeses.
