A Lambrusco Salamino DOC Amabile from Chiarli, with a lively ruby colour tending violet at the rim. The nose shows small red fruits, delicate floral notes and a light touch of spice. On the palate it is soft and pleasant, with moderate sweetness, lively freshness and soft tannins, giving a smooth, balanced and easy-drinking body. The finish is clean, with a light fruity return and a savoury note. It pairs with cured meats, fresh cheeses, pizza, tomato-based dishes and light savoury food, and is best served cool at around 10-12 C.
