This is a Chichibu single malt distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2015 at a cask strength of 62.5%. It is made from heavily peated malt.
Chichibu is one of Japan's youngest distilleries, founded by Ichiro Akuto and operating since 2008, the first new distillery in the country since 1973. This bottling is non-chill-filtered and has no artificial colouring.
