Chichibu London Edition is a limited release from the Chichibu distillery in Saitama, Japan, created under the guidance of Ichiro Akuto. The 2025 release is a blend of casks that previously held bourbon and Sherry.
The casks were selected to express Chichibu's signature style. Dried fruit, oak and a subtle smokiness are the flavours described, evolving on the palate.
