Chichibu London Edition 2026 is the ninth release in a series made for the UK, a Japanese single malt composed from 16 selected casks. These include first- and second-fill ex-bourbon barrels alongside Californian and New Zealand wine casks, and the bottling is limited to 2,220 bottles at 50.5% ABV.
The notes run to vanilla, honey, grapefruit peel, apricot and peach, leading to a finish of crème anglaise and white pepper.
