Chichibu Paris Edition 2024 Foundations is a Japanese single malt created for the French market. Aged between six and seven years, it combines whisky from 12 bourbon casks, two chibidaru quarter casks and one red wine cask. The release comprises 2,484 bottles.
Apricot, peach, caramelised apple and floral aromas lead into honey, marzipan and fresh cereal. The silky palate combines fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, milk chocolate and gentle oak. A long, lightly spiced finish brings minty freshness and a touch of salt.
