Chicken Cock Cotton Club Rye 20 Year Old (75cl, 50%)

Chicken Cock Cotton Club Rye is a 20-year-old rye whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 50% (100 proof). It pays tribute to the Prohibition era and the Cotton Club speakeasy. The brand began in Paris, Kentucky in 1856 and moved production to Canada during Prohibition. Rye made there was smuggled into the United States in tin cans, which gave it the nickname "the whiskey in a tin can". This rye was aged for two decades in charred oak barrels. The nose has baking spices, caramel and oak. The palate brings dark chocolate, rye spice and toasted nuts with a touch of fruity sweetness, and the finish is long and warm.
