Chicken Cock Miller's Reserve 8-10 Year Old American Whiskey (75cl, 57.5%)

Chicken Cock Miller's Reserve is a limited-edition American whiskey that pays tribute to James A. Miller. It was assembled in Bardstown, Kentucky, from whiskeys aged for around eight to ten years and drawn from several states along the Ohio River. The blend combines high-rye and wheated bourbons with a double-oaked Kentucky whiskey. It is bottled at 57.5% ABV, or 115 proof, in a 75cl bottle. The nose offers caramel, vanilla, dark fruit and toasted oak. Toffee, brown sugar, warm baking spice and layered oak with a touch of rye spice follow on the palate, and the finish is long and warming, with dark chocolate, charred oak and gentle pepper.
