Chicken Cock Miller's Reserve is a limited release American whiskey, assembled in Bardstown, Kentucky and bottled at 57.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is inspired by the founder, James A. Miller.
The blend brings together high-rye and wheated bourbons with a double-oaked Kentucky whiskey, all aged between 8 and 10 years and sourced along the Ohio River.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla, dark fruit and toasted oak. The palate shows toffee, brown sugar, baking spice and oak, with rye spice running through it. The finish is long and warming, with dark chocolate, charred wood and gentle pepper.
