Chicken Cock Old Glory is a limited edition whiskey marking America's 250th anniversary and the 2026 semiquincentennial. It blends Kentucky straight rye whiskey with straight bourbon and comes in a 75cl bottle with a patriotic design.
The rye brings grain-forward spice, while the bourbon adds caramel, vanilla and sweeter oak. Chicken Cock traces its origins to Paris, Kentucky, in 1856.
The nose has rye spice, caramel, vanilla and dried fruit. The palate is rich, with rye grain, brown sugar, baking spice and toasted oak. The finish is warm and sustained, with rye spice and caramel.
