Old Glory is a collaboration between Chicken Cock and Laird's, a straight rye whiskey in a 750ml bottle.
The nose opens with bright orchard fruit, followed closely by ginger and toasted oak. On the palate come honey, clove, pear and baked red apple, rich and layered yet balanced. The finish is long and textured, with red apple skin, cracked coriander, a touch of mint and a little spice.
