This is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl-sized 750ml bottle, made without the rye spice that marks the brand's signature style.
The wheated recipe gives a softer, more rounded character, and it is described as velvety and easy to drink while keeping the depth bourbon drinkers look for.
On the palate there are cordial cherries with hints of cream soda and caramel. The finish brings baked dough, brown sugar and dried fruit, with gentle baking spices.
